Diocesan Soccer Trials 

Congratulations to all the students who trialled for the Diocesan Soccer team last Monday at Unanderra. Special congratulations goes to Sean Phonthaphanh in Year 6, who was selected in the boys Diocesan Soccer Team. An amazing achievement and we wish you the very best of luck at the MacKillop trials in May.

Diocesan Rugby League Trials 

Congratulations to all the students that trialed for the Diocesan Rugby League team last Monday at Gregory Hills. Special congratulations to both Noah Villarosa and Ieronimo (Nimo) Roebeck- Sio Vaifale from Year 5, who were selected in the Diocesan Rugby League team. St John’s are very proud of you and wish you all the best at the Mackillop trials in May. 

Gala Day Nominations

A reminder that all Gala Day preferences need to be completed by Friday Week 10. Please indicate (via Compass) if your child would like to be considered for any or all of the gala days and rank in your order of preference.

Details for the three gala days are as follows:

• NETBALL: Thursday, 23 June 2022 (back-up 30 June 2022) @ Minto Netball Courts - open to Years 3-6, Girls AND Boys

• SOCCER/FOOTBALL: Friday, 29 July 2022 (back-up 12 August 2022) @ Eschol Park Playing Fields - Years 3-6, Girls AND Boys

• BASKETBALL: Thursday, 15 September 2022(Juniors - Yrs 3 & 4) + Friday, 16 September 2022 (Seniors - Yrs 5 & 6) @ Minto Indoor Sports Stadium - Girls AND Boys.

Student nominations will NOT be considered after April 1st.
