Hi All,

It is that time of year again to come together and be merry at the Christmas Carol afternoon, to help us do so we are seeking volunteers to help with the some of the following -

Setting up and packing up the area we will be using while singing away

Cleaning the BBQ ready for sizzling the sausages before school ends on the day

Serving the BBQ on the night

Help with organising the raffle and wrapping the prizes

Bringing the ice from the RSL on the afternoon

There will be other things needed, so if you could email the P and F mailbox on pandf@sjctdow.catholic.edu.au to let us know it would be appreciated.

We will be rostering parents to be able to volunteer and spend time with your family watching the performance.
