Principal Report

Dear Parents/Carers,

Risen Lord, the joyful message is that suffering and death were not the end. You rose triumphantly in a new and glorified body, opening the door for all who believe in You to do the same. Draw me in, dear Lord, to Your suffering and death so that I may also be drawn into the glory of Your Resurrection. Give me the courage You had as You endured so much. Help me to face the crosses in my life with Your strength.

Halleluia!  May the glory of Your Resurrection be loved, embraced and proclaimed until the end of time and forever more!

The election of a new Pope is a momentous event in the Catholic Church, reflecting the hope for spiritual guidance and leadership. The conclave, where cardinals elect the new Pope, is a process steeped in tradition, focusing on selecting a leader who can navigate the challenges and opportunities facing the Church today. As it begins today we pray for the election process and that the Holy Spirit provides the cardinals with the spiritual guidance they need.

Athletics Carnival

I would like to sincerely thank the parents and carers who were able to assist at our school's Athletics Carnival last Friday. It was a great success, largely due to the support that we received. Giving up the whole day to ensure all of the events were able to run smoothly was greatly appreciated. I would also like to acknowledge Mrs Sinfield and her team of staff members who spent many hours preparing for the day.

Staff Development Days for Term 2

You are reminded of the two Staff Development Days being held this term:

  • Friday 6 June
  • Friday 4 July (this means the end of Term 2 for the students is Thursday 3 July)

Students do not come to school on these days.

With every blessing for the week ahead,

Paul Moroney

Principal
