We are recommencing our assemblies on Friday 3 June. 

These assemblies will be conducted via a live ZOOM stream to each classroom. 

Conducting assemblies this way means we are able to continue acknowledging students in front of their peers and commend them on their work. 

Year 6 leaders will continue to host the assembly and read out names of award recipients, while class teachers will hand out the awards to their own students in their classroom. 

Students will be awarded one of 3 awards - St John's Award, Learning Award, Positive Behaviours for Learning Award. 

We appreciate that this will be different and that some parents would like to be in attendance or view the assembly. 

However, we are respectful of the health, well being and safety of all students, parents and teachers and therefore unable to have parents on site or share the assembly with them . 

We are all looking forward to this exciting new way of acknowledging the contributions the students make to our school community.
