Dear Parents and Carers,
Loving Father, as we come to the end of another term we turn to you in confidence and place any difficulties into the healing hands of Jesus, your Son.
We thank you for your blessings on all our learnings and our friendships from this term.
May the holiday be for us a time of rest and recreation to help restore us and re-create us in your image and likeness, as we enjoy more of the love and presence of our families, on whom we ask your blessing. Amen.
As we bring to a close another term, I would like to pass on my thanks for the continued support that you give to our school community. I am very aware that many of you are unable to be physically present at the school and that you show your support by being interested and engaged in your child's growth in learning and faith.
I continue to be so proud of our students for the way in which they respectfully engage each day at school, and for the way in which they seek to improve from the day before. There are many examples I can share of how they live up to our motto to 'Walk in Peace and Joy." One recent example was last week's Basketball Gala Day held for students in Years 3-6. We received several comments from staff and parents in other schools about how our students displayed great sportsmanship toward each other and to those from other schools.
I am also in awe of our staff who give of themselves tirelessly each day and show such care, compassion and dedication to the students in their care.
May the next two week's give you and your family a chance to slow down a little and find time away form the normal routines and activities. I look forward to seeing you all next term.
Last day of Term 3 for students
